(주)롤다(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 롤다 앱 서비스 이용 시 수집·이용·보관되는 개인정보에 관한 사항을 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 수집합니다.
- 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 이름, 생년월일, 성별 (회원가입 시)
- 이용 정보: AI 추천을 위해 입력하신 얼굴형, 이마 타입, 모발 굵기, 스타일 선호도
- 기기 데이터: 롤다 기기의 블루투스 연결 상태 및 히팅 동작 정보
- 기술 데이터: 앱 이용 로그, 오류 보고 등 서비스 개선용 정보

3. 블루투스 및 위치 권한 안내
롤다 앱은 헤어 스타일링 기기와 통신하기 위해 블루투스 저전력(BLE)을 사용합니다. Android 운영체제 정책상 블루투스 기기 검색 시 위치 권한이 필요합니다.
실제 GPS 위치 정보는 수집하거나 저장하지 않으며, 위치 권한은 오직 주변 롤다 기기 검색 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
4. 개인정보 보관 및 파기
수집된 개인정보는 당사 서버(ai.rollda.co.kr)에 안전하게 보관됩니다. 회원 탈퇴 시 요청일로부터 30일 이내에 모든 개인정보를 완전히 삭제합니다. 서비스 개선을 위한 데이터는 개인을 특정할 수 없는 익명 형태로 보관될 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보 제3자 제공
수집된 개인정보는 마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 다음의 경우에 한해 공유될 수 있습니다.
- 법령 또는 법적 절차에 의해 요구되는 경우
- 이용자의 안전과 권리 보호를 위해 필요한 경우
- 이용자의 명시적 동의가 있는 경우

3. Bluetooth & Location Permission
ROLLDA uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your hair styling device. On Android, scanning for Bluetooth devices requires location permission as mandated by the OS.
We do not collect or store your actual GPS location. Location permission is used solely for discovering nearby ROLLDA devices.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Your data is securely stored on our servers (ai.rollda.co.kr). Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Usage data may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Data may be shared only:
